Man arrested in connection to Halloween Eve shooting that killed two, wounded several more

Sacramento County authorities have announced the arrest of a primary suspect in connection to a recent double murder.

21-year-old Hykeem Marquis Davis has been identified as the primary suspect in the October 30, 2021, murders of 32-year-old Terrence Tiny Long and 22-year-old Daron Turner, according to the Sheriff’s Office.

Long and Turner were fatally shot at around 1 AM on Saturday, October 30, during a party at a business on Palm Avenue. Authorities say that a total of seven people, including Long and Turner, were wounded by gunfire.

After being connected to the shooting, Davis was arrested in Fairfield on November 23.
