Man allegedly crashes into home while intoxicated; 1 dead, 2 injured

A Rancho Cordova man has been arrested after allegedly crashing his vehicle into a home while intoxicated, injuring two and killing one.

The crash reportedly occurred just before 4:30 PM on Sunday, January 19, on the 10300 block of Georgetown Drive. Deputies and fire personnel responded to the scene.

Two victims who were inside the residence at the time were taken to hospital and are expected to survive. A third victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the vehicle, 45-year-old Gary Circle, has been arrested on suspicion of vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated, among other charges. He has since been booked at the Sacramento County Main Jail.
