“Wednesday morning, Napa County Sheriff’s Deputies (Lake Berryessa) were dispatched to a suspicious vehicle blocking the Putah Creek launch ramp.
Deputies located Nathan Norfolk standing next to the car. Norfolk, 37-years-old, from Winters, CA., had warrants for his arrest.
Approximately 3 ounces of Heroin and more than $8500 cash were found in the car.
The owner of the car, 69-year-old John Duran (Fairfield), was floating on a jet ski approximately 50 yards from the launch ramp.
Duran had a loaded AR15 rifle inside the jet ski storage case. Both men were arrested and booked into Napa County Department of Corrections.”
