“On Friday, July 02, 2021, The Imperial County Sheriff’s Office arrested Hector Perez Jr. at the conclusion of a joint investigation with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation.

Perez was found to be in possession of narcotics for sale. A search warrant was served at Perez’s residence in the City of Calexico, which led to the seizure of additional evidence.

This investigation is ongoing and future arrests are expected for other accomplices involved in the conspiracy sale of narcotics. Perez was booked in to the Imperial County Jail for Possession of Narcotics for Sale and Transportation of Narcotics for Sale. His bail was set at $200,000.”
