Undocumented Paisas Gang Member’s Border-Crossing Attempt – Thwarted in the Jacumba Wilderness

JACUMBA WILDERNESS – An undocumented member of the Paisas Gang made a bold attempt to cross the border on the evening of 07/28/2021. The Mexican national was in the process of travelling through the remote area of the Jacumba Wilderness, a region located near Ocotillo.

At approximately 7 PM, Agents from the El Centro Border Patrol Station encountered the undocumented individual out in the wild. The 64-year-old anonymous man was arrested immediately for illegally entering the U.S. through the wilderness region.

He was transported to the nearest processing center, at El Centro. While there, records checks provided some significant revelations.

This stealthy traveller is a member of the Paisas prison gang. He has an extensive criminal history.

And most importantly – he’d been previously removed from the United States by an Immigration Judge. U.S. Border Patrol assures that they will process the individual accordingly.
