“Well let’s sit down to tell a story….. There once was a male who lived in Salinas by the name of Joseph Bustamante (38).

Well, you see Bustamante has been arrested several times before and has been convicted of a felony.

Bustamante thought that if he shifted his nefarious activities; such as drug dealing to the railroad tracks, VSTF would not be able to find him.

Well, VSTF Officers authored a search warrant for Bustamante and his tent that was served today. Officers contacted Bustamante as he left the tent and to his surprise they had the search warrant to search it.

During a search of the tent Officers located a loaded revolver and 1.5 lbs of meth. Bustamante was given a ride to his new castle by chariot, a SPD patrol car to the Monterey County Jail.

Bustamante was lodged on several weapons and narcotics for sales charges. #happilyeverafter #gangsarebad #drugsarebad #VSTF”
