“On 4-23-21 at approximately 5:08 p.m. officers in the Special Enforcement Unit conducted a traffic stop at Blaine Park where Suspect Abraham Sandoval was found to be in possession of a controlled substance for sale and was taken into custody.
A search warrant was later served at Suspect Sandoval’s residence in the 100 block of N. Turner St. As a result of the search warrant, officers located a firearm and an additional amount of a controlled substance for sale along with packaging material.
Suspect Sandoval was later booked into the Tulare County Pre-Trial Faciality for possession of a controlled substance, transposition of a controlled substance, possession of narcotics while armed, criminal storage of a firearm, maintaining a residence for the purpose of selling a controlled substance, and the selling a controlled substance within one thousand feet of a school.”
