Search warrant produces three arrests for drugs

On Tuesday, March 16,2021 at approximately 10:00 am, Investigators with the Trinity County Sheriff’s Office, with assistance from several allied agencies, served a search warrant at a residence on Steiner Flat Road in Douglas City. The search warrant stemmed from numerous complaints about illicit drug activity.

During the service of the search warrant, three subjects were detained, two of which had outstanding warrants out of Trinity County and Oregon. During the search Investigators located and seized evidence of Methamphetamine sales and heavy narcotics use.

The three were later placed under arrest and booked into Trinity County Jail on the below listed charges.

Richard Llewellyn, DOB: 05/02/1992, of Douglas City
Rachel Woodcock, AKA Rachel Forsythe, DOB: 08/04/1971, of Douglas City
Sherie Ray, DOB: 08/25/1986, of Oregon

Charges:
11366HS – Maintaining a residence for drug sales and use
11378(a) HS – Possess Controlled Substance for Sale
11364HS – Possess Controlled Substance Paraphernalia
11350HS – Possess Narcotic Controlled Substance
29800PC – Addict in Possession of a Firearm
148.9PC – Provide false Identity to a Peace Officer
