“On August 11, 2022 shortly before 5:00 am, the Trinity County Sheriff’s Dispatch Center received a report of several structure fires at the Old Bridge RV Park in Lewiston, Ca. Fire units and TCSO Deputies responded. While the Fire crews extinguished the fires, Deputies found witnesses in the area that reported a male subject was observed leaving the fires after they were ignited.

During the initial investigation, Deputies and a Weaverville Fire Department Investigator identified a 65 year old Lewiston resident, Owen Wroblewski as the suspect and place him under arrest.
Search Warrants for Wroblewski’s residence and truck were obtained, and additional evidence linking him to the fires was identified and collected. Bomb squad personnel from Shasta and Butte Counties, along with Trinity County Environmental Health Inspectors responded to the areas to make sure no incendiary devices or Environmental issues were on the premises. Wroblewski was booked in the Trinity County Detention Facility on several Arson related charges.”
