Renteriahernandez and Imperialgerman arrested in separate vehicle thefts

“On Tuesday, February 2, 2021, an officer conducting patrol in the 300 block of E. Pine Street noticed a suspicious occupied vehicle parked along the side of the road.
Upon a records check of the license plate, the officer learned the vehicle was stolen from Los Angeles County. The officer contacted the male subject inside the vehicle and determined he was not the owner of the vehicle.
Officers arrested Adrian Renteriahernandez, age 38, from Bishop for vehicle theft and an outstanding arrest warrant. Renteriahernandez was booked into the Inyo County Jail.
On Wednesday, February 3, 2021, Officers were patrolling the 100 block of South Street when an officer observed a S10 Chevrolet pickup . The officers initiated a traffic stop for a minor traffic violation. During contact with the occupants, the officers located narcotic paraphernalia inside the vehicle.
As the investigation continued, the officers discovered the license plate attached to the vehicle belong to a different vehicle. Officers learned the pickup was stolen from Los Angeles County. Jesus Imperialgerman, age 29, of Mammoth Lakes was arrested and booked at the Inyo County Jail for vehicle theft.”
