“On December 21, 2020, at approximately 1:30 a.m., Placer County Sheriff’s deputies conducted a traffic stop on Stanford Ranch Road in Roseville.
The deputies contacted the two occupants in the vehicle, and had probable cause to search the passenger, who was identified as 41-year old Nathalie Lebourveau, of Carmichael.
Upon a search of Lebourveau’s person, deputies found a loaded revolver in the waistband of her sweatpants.
A subsequent search of the vehicle revealed crack cocaine, methamphetamine, oxycontin and hydrocodone pills.
Lebourveau was arrested and charged with carrying a loaded firearm in public, being in possession of drugs while armed with a loaded firearm, and several related charges.”
