Susanville man accused of brandishing firearm, fleeing from officers

“On December 7, 2020 at approximately 1:00 PM, officers from the Susanville Police Department were dispatched to the area of 500 Limoneria Ave., for a report of a man brandishing a firearm.

As officers were responding, they observed a male subject matching the description walking away from the area. As officers attempted to contact the subject, he fled on foot and was quickly apprehended less than a block away.

Upon canvassing the area, a firearm was located near the area of arrest.

After positive identification of the subject and firearm, Sean Antonio Gracia, age 24, of Susanville was arrested for brandishing a firearm, resisting arrest and several weapons violations.

Gracia was transported to the Lassen County Jail where he is being held on $150,000 bail.”
