Jordan Miller

As Officers further investigated, they contacted two occupants in the room, Chang and Jordan Miller (DOB 04/12/1988). Officers also observed drugs and guns in plain sight. Neither Chang nor Miller were registered guests of the hotel.

A protective sweep of the room revealed a substantial amount of drugs, guns and money. A presumptive test of the drugs revealed there to be Fentanyl, Methamphetamine and Heroin present in the hotel room. Drug paraphernalia was also located and over $7,000 in cash. In addition, 5 non-serialized firearms, several high capacity magazines, and various tools, parts and machinery to assemble handguns and rifles were recovered during the search.

In addition, a search warrant was written and signed for a storage unit that was being rented by Miller. During the search of the storage unit, gun manufacturing tools, parts and drugs were recovered. A presumptive test of the drugs revealed there to Fentanyl and Methamphetamine.

Chang and Miller were subsequently arrested on several charges and transported to the Placer County Jail.”
