Stockton: Two traffic stops, three arrests, multiple weapons charges

“On October 6, 2020, at 1:40 p.m., Stockton Police Community Response Team officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of Sutter Street and Miner Avenue and located an illegal firearm during a search of the vehicle.

The suspect was arrested without incident. Arrested was Andre Duckett, 33, for weapon charges.


This morning, at 2:36 a.m., Stockton Police patrol officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of Martin Luther King Blvd and Wilson Way. The driver consented to a search of the vehicle.
A passenger exited the vehicle then reentered the vehicle reaching toward the center console. The officers removed the passenger from the vehicle and located a firearm in the rear passenger seat.
Approximately 2800 rounds of ammunition were also located in the trunk.
Arrested were Reason Reason, 34, for weapon charges and warrants; and Lanisha Gansah, 35, for weapon charges, resisting arrest, and warrants.”
