Serena and Skyler nabbed for drugs, gun

The Lodi Police Department recently arrested two people in a disturbance call that resulted in drug and firearms charges –

“Today just before 4 PM, Officer Aubrey and Corporal Schiele responded to the report of a disturbance in the area of Citadel and Lassen.

Officers contacted Serena Mellor (18 year old female from Lodi) and Skyler Lewis (20 year old male from Lodi) next to a vehicle.

A loaded handgun magazine was seen in plain view and a search of the vehicle was conducted.

Officers located concentrated cannabis cartridges and a large quantity of Alprazolam (Xanax) pills and a handgun in the vehicle.

Mellor was charged with a weapons violations and Lewis was charged with drug sales and weapons violations.
