When you are an active gang member with a felony warrant and a police officer stops you as you are driving, you understandably will not be forthcoming with your personal information.
The Corning Police Department found this out recently –
“Earlier today, Officer Corry conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle with expired registration and a cracked windshield.
During the stop, the driver provided several false names and birthdates.
When he finally decided to be honest about his name it was determined that he was on PRCS out of Fresno County had an active felony warrant.
He is also a validated gang member from that area.
A K9 search was conducted and a positive alert by K9 Blaze uncovered methamphetamine, packaging materials, cash, and ammunition.
Isaac Delgado, age 42 of Fresno, was arrested for numerous charges and booked into Tehama County Jail.
The passenger in the vehicle was advised of her out of county warrants and released.”
