Tracy Homicide Suspect Arrested in Mexico

The Tracy Police Department, in conjunction with law enforcement in Mexico, have brought a homicide suspect back to the United States –

Tracy – On December 6, 2019, 21 year old Enrique Guillen-Valles was detained by Mexico law enforcement authorities in Mexicali, Mexico. Guillen-Valles has been a fugitive since September 2019 related to a homicide that occurred in Tracy, CA. on September 21, 2019.

Over the past few months, the Tracy Police Department has been working with the United States Marshals Service in attempt to capture Enrique Guillen-Valles.

Enrique Guillen-Valles, a United States citizen was deported to the United States. He is currently booked into the Imperial County jail for the offense of homicide and is pending extradition to Tracy, California.

The Tracy Police Department would like to thank the United States Marshals Service for their endless efforts in locating Enrique Guillen-Valles and bringing him to justice.
