Chino Hills Man Arrested for Possession of Child Pornography

A 56-year-old man was arrested in Chino Hills for possession of child pornography after an electronic service provider tipped off the police.

The electronic service provider informed San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, Crimes Against Children Division (CAC) about an account that contained several images of child pornography.

The account was 56-year-old Shuquan Yang’s, whom Chino Hills police contacted in the city of Chino Hills on Tuesday, December 3, 2019. Yang was interviewed and subsequently arrested on charges of possession of child pornography. He was booked into West Valley Detention Center on a bail of $500,000.
