ROSEVILLE — Two burglary suspects have been arrested after reportedly being caught in the act by an alert resident.

On Wednesday, August 21, the resident interrupted two men as they allegedly burglarized a house off Frensham Drive.

The resident called 9-1-1 and managed to relay a vehicle description and license plate number as the suspects fled.

Sacramento County Sheriff’s Deputies located the vehicle a short time later off Madison Avenue and took the two men — identified as Marcell Basped, 23, and Damian Moye, 29 — into custody on suspicion of residential burglary, driving a stolen vehicle, and conspiracy.
