Louis Rosales Tragically Killed by DUI Driver Near Disneyland

ANAHEIM — Late on the evening of February 10th, 2019, 54-year-old Fresno resident Louis Rosales was walking southbound on the east sidewalk of Disneyland Drive, when he was suddenly hit by a drunk driver.

This driver has been identified as Stefanie Lyn Bieser, a 47-year-old woman from La Mirada. She was driving a 2007 Chrysler PT Cruiser northbound on Disneyland Drive when she jumped the curb and struck a utility box, a tree, and then Rosales.

Rosales, who suffered major injuries, was taken to UC Irvine Medical Center, where he was later pronounced deceased.

Bieser was arrested for suspicion of gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated and driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs causing bodily injury. She was booked at the Anaheim Detention Facility. The bail has been set at $100,000.
