TORRANCE – The trio of young people may have thought they were engaging in “harmless fun” on February 4th, but their future of freedom is now seriously in jeopardy after a series of paintball attacks that night.

20-year-old Hawthorne resident Lynn Emerson Johnson III, 20-year-old Torrance resident Tyler James Walters and 18-year-old San Pedro resident Gabriella Lorraine Semana each face one count of aggravated mayhem and two counts of assault with a deadly weapon (a paintball gun).

The complaint mentions Walters as the one who fired the paintball gun.

On the night in question the trio trolled the streets of Torrance, shooting at least two men in different locations.  One of their victims was shot in his eye.

ABC7 reported other attacks that night that damaged cars and houses.

All three suspects face from eight years to life in prison if they are convicted of the charges, and their bail has been set at $1 million.
