Various Drugs Discovered After Traffic Stop

Robin Curtis Davis

FRESNO – Tinted front windows on a vehicle got the attention of the FPD on Sunday morning, prompting them to conduct a traffic stop in the 1400 block of N. Golden State Boulevard.

The driver, 61-year-old Robin Curtis Davis, had a passenger who was on probation, therefore rendering the vehicle susceptible to search.

The resultant search yielded a .380 caliber semi-automatic gun in the center console.  In addition, police discovered 124 grams of crystal meth, 20 grams of black tar heroin, marijuana and a scale.

Police determined that the gun had been stolen from Corpus Christi, Texas and that Davis was the current “owner” of the gun and drugs.

The search continued, now with a warrant, onto Davis’ home in the 700 block of N. Parkway Drive.

Police discovered more meth, heroin and marijuana packaged for sales. They also found baggies, scales and $500.

Davis is being held on various drugs and weapons charges.
