Armed Robber Hits Country Wood Shopping Center in Chowchilla
CHOWCHILLA — On May 19th at around 9:30 PM, police arrived at the Subway restaurant in the Country Wood Shopping Center after reports of an armed robbery.
The suspect had apparently entered the business and ordered the employee behind the counter to empty the register, then fled with an undisclosed amount of money.
Chowchilla PD has released a surveillance image of the suspect (above) and asks that anyone who may have information that could lead to an arrest to contact the department.
