Four Suspects Arrested in Connection With Reedley Kidnapping

REEDLEY – Police arrested four individuals last week in connection to the kidnapping of a man who was found tied up in a shed.

Law enforcement officials arrested the following four suspects on Wednesday through Friday of last week: Alma Alcantar, 28, of Reedley; Lucio Flores, 27, of Tulare County; Ismael Flores, 22, of Tulare County; and Lucio Flores Sr., 52, of Tulare County.

All of the suspects were booked into the Fresno County Jail on suspicion of home invasion, kidnapping, robbery and false imprisonment.

The suspects were allegedly involved in the kidnapping of a man who was tied up at a residence on the 800 block of East Early Avenue in Reedley, and then driven away in a vehicle.

Within hours of the kidnapping, Reedley police were able to identify some of the suspects and searched their residence on the 5000 block of Lawrence Avenue in Delft Colony. They found the victim, Ramon Lemos, bound and guarded in a shed. He was transported to Adventist Health Medical Center in Reedley, where he was treated and released.
