Santa Rosa – Early Saturday morning, August 30 at about 12:30 am, Sonoma County Sheriff’s deputies with the Multi Agency Gang Task Force (also known as MAGNET) were on patrol in the area of Sunset Avenue and McMinn Avenue.

While in the vicinity of 945 Sunset Avenue near the southeast corner of Roseland Elementary School the officers observed several subjects trying to hide behind a fence and some trees. The area has been a recent target of gang-related graffiti vandalism so the officers stopped to investigate.
