ROHNERT PARK, CA — Police recently arrested a man who was allegedly found slumped over in an idling vehicle in a store parking lot.

According to a press release by the City of Rohnert Park Police & Fire, officers responded to the local Target parking lot in early July after dispatch received a report of someone “slumped over” in the driver’s seat of a vehicle, which was on and sitting idle.

When officers made contact with the driver, they reportedly noticed controlled substance and drug paraphernalia inside the vehicle.

The individual was also found to have an outstanding warrant, according to authorities.

The individual, whose name has not been released, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
