The Tulare County Sheriff’s Office issued a wanted poster for 18-year-old Edgar Picazo of Tipton. He is described as 6 foot 3 inches, 170 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.

The home invasion happened on May 27 around 5:30 a.m. when several people forced their way into a home in the 42400 block of Road 140 in Orosi. A gun battle broke out between the suspects and a 22-year-old resident, who was protecting himself and his three younger siblings, authorities said.

One suspect, identified as 21-year-old Victor Deharo, was killed during the exchange of bullets and left behind. Another suspect was wounded. The remaining suspects fled the scene in a grey van and dropped the wounded suspect, identified as 18-year-old Rolando Magana, at an area hospital, authorities said.

Magana was arrested and charged with murder. Authorities also arrested 21-year-old Francisco Padilla last week in Bakersfield. He is being charged with murder as well.
