LAX Employee Charged with DUI, Hit and Run, More

HAWTHORNE, CA—Let’s hope that she’s not a pilot—or even a stewardess!

Janae Mishae Mosely, 25, was picked up by Hawthorne police on Sunday, February 23. She was arrested at the corner of 120th Street and Hawthorne Boulevard at approximately 8 p.m. The 5-foot-tall, 140-lb. LAX employee was charged with a number of vehicle code violations; the most serious one appears to be driving under the influence while causing bodily harm. The related charges are driving under the influence, hit and run resulting in an injury and driving with a suspended license.

The cumulative bail was set at $170,300 for all four violations, with the largest one being $100,000 for the bodily harm occurring from driving under the influence. The two injury charges are felonies and the stand-alone DUI and driving without a license are each misdemeanors.

If she’s allowed to go on parole, let’s hope it’s nowhere near a roadway, bar or airport!
