SLO Man Arrested for Possession, Distribution of Child Porn

A San Luis Obispo man was arrested last week by the FBI on charges for allegedly receiving, possessing, and distributing child pornography.

Agents arrested Bruce Klickstein, 59, of SLO after his being named in a three-count indictment returned by a federal grand jury.

Klickstein was released to serve home detention pending trial with a date set for August 6th.

According to an FBI press release, agents joined an investigation in 2012 that was being conducted by the Arroyo Grande Police Department, who suspected Klickstein of possessing child pornography.

Detectives later obtained a search warrant for Klickstein’s residence, where they found at least one computer containing child pornography.

According to the press release, the indictment charges Klickstein with the possession, distribution, and receipt of child pornography. If convicted on all charges, Klickstein faces a statutory maximum sentence of 50 years in prison, 20 each on distribution and receipt and 10 for possession.
