Rocklin Police Arrest 2 in Sierra College, Lincoln Car Burglaries

The Rocklin Police Department has made 2 arrests regarding the Sierra College campus vehicle burglaries as well as another burglary in Lincoln.

On November 28, Rocklin officers answered to 4 vehicle burglaries located on the Sierra College campus in Rocklin. Based on physical evidence and investigative leads, officers were able to obtain a search warrant within hours, which lead them to the 2300 block of South Whitney Boulevard in Rocklin. Once the search warrant was served, Rocklin officers discovered evidence from the Sierra College burglaries at the residence.

The 2 men arrested are Mark Dingman, 39, and Jordan Edwards, 29, both from Rocklin.

Edwards and Dingman were then booked into the Placer County Jail. Edwards and Dingman are both held on a charge of 496 PC, “Possession of Stolen Property”, with Edwards being held with “No Bail” and Dingman being held in lieu of $45,000.
