Davis Radio Shack robbed for Xbox, cash

Davis police are seeking an unidentified man who robbed a local electronics store of cash and a video game system on April 15.

In a press release, Lieutenant Paul Doroshov said the robber entered the Radio Shack store located at 643 G Street at around 6:45 PM. According to the report, the man brandished a handgun and demanded money and an Xbox 360 game system. Radio Shack employees complied with his demands and no one was injured. The suspect fled on foot carrying an undisclosed amount of cash and the video game system.

Witnesses described the suspect as a Hispanic male adult, approximately 18 to 23 years old, 5’10” in height, weighed about 220 lbs, and had brown eyes. The suspect was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black sweatpants, and had a black scarf wrapped around his neck.

The investigation is ongoing, and anyone with information on this case is advised to call the Davis Police Department at (530) 747-5400.
