DALY CITY — 19-year-old Juan Castaneda is behind bars as of March 22nd after two indecent exposure incidents.
Police arrived at an apartment building on Mission Street after two women reported that the same man had approached them and masturbated in their presence.
Anyone else who have have had contact with Castaneda is encouraged to contact Daly City PD at (650) 991 – 8119.
