2 Identity Theft, Car Theft Suspects Arrested by Napa County Sheriff’s Deputy

A Napa County Sheriff’s Deputy arrested two suspects in numerous area mail and Yountville-area car thefts Wednesday evening after a traffic stop.

Sheriff’s Capt. Tracey Stuart said Christine Dutra and Victor Miranda, both 22 and both of unknown address, were taken into custody at around 7:45 p.m. on suspicion of grand theft, conspiracy, sale of stolen property, using personal information of another to gain credit, identity theft and drug paraphernalia possession.
