Reward upped for drive-by shooting information

The San Luis Obispo County, Crime Stoppers Program has increased the reward in the Oceano drive-by homicide from $1000 to $5000.

The victim, 17 year old Gabriel Salgado

Information is needed regarding the person(s) responsible for the death of 17-year-old Gabriel Salgado who was killed on Nov. 17 when a shooter fired multiple shots from a vehicle, according to the sheriff’s department.

“We need to develop more leads in this case and Crime Stoppers has stepped up to help.” said Sheriff’s Investigations Commander, Ron Hastie.

Persons with information are requested to go to SLOtips.org or text SLOTIPS plus your message to CRIMES (274637).
