“On April 21, 2023, Kern County Sheriff’s Deputies assigned to the Wasco City Substation executed a search warrant in the 200 Block of Faber St. in the City of Shafter. Investigating deputies uncovered evidence of narcotics trafficking during an earlier traffic stop investigation.

Deputies located over 6 pounds of methamphetamines and several illegally possessed weapons at the residence.  43-year-old Teresa Rodriguez of shafter and 42-year-old Emilio Santi, of Shafter were arrested at the residence.

Both Rodriquez and Santi were booked into the Kern County Jail for multiple weapons and narcotics charges.”
