COLTON — On November 15, 2022, two armed individuals reportedly robbed a liquor store on East F Street.
The Colton Police Department was dispatched to 7 Star Liquor, located on East F Street in Colton.
The clerk who informed responding officers that the suspects were armed, the gun was in sight, and that shots had been fired.
While investigating the scene, officers were led to a neighboring area where they located the suspects, identified as two 17-year-old juveniles from San Bernardino.
Officers presented multiple search warrants, which were authorized by the Colton Police Department Detective Division.
As the investigation continued, police developed cause to believe that the suspects have been involved in a number of other robberies in Southern California.
This investigation is still active.
