“On 11/18/2020 at around 12:45 pm Roseville Police Officers responded to the 1300 block of Edmonton Ave. in response to a call of a disturbance between a male and female.
Patrol officers arrived on scene and contacted one of the involved parties and learned a suspect may still be inside the residence. It was discovered the outstanding suspect was on searchable probation.
During a probation search of the residence an additional suspect was located inside the residence. Patrol noticed evidence indicating drug sales, firearms, and other forms of drug paraphernalia inside the residence.
Patrol contacted our Crime Supression Unit who wrote a search warrant into the residence and located the below pictured items.
Both subjects, later identified as Mark Freitas 12-18-95 and Carlos Morales 5-31-01 were arrested for a variety of charges including unlawful possession of ammunition, drug sales, and illegal possession of assault rifles/firearms and were booked into the Placer County Jail.
Thank you to the citizens who called in what was originally an argument between two people which turned into an arrest that removed drug dealers and firearms from our streets.”
