Interrupted residential burglary leads to pursuit, arrest

“On September 18, 2021 at approximately 5:30 A.M. Lincoln Police Officers were dispatched to an interrupted residential burglary of an occupied home, located in the 2300 block of Fountain Hill Loop.

Officers arrived in the area and located the suspect, a short vehicle pursuit ensued, the driver stopped the vehicle and fled on foot.

The suspect was subsequently taken into custody without further incident.

The suspect was identified as 26 year old, Kevin Graves, of Lincoln.

Graves was arrested for the following charges; Burglary, Evading, Committing a felony while out on Bail/OR, Possession of Controlled Substance, Possession of Paraphernalia, Driving while Suspended for DUI, along with five outstanding misdemeanor arrest warrants.

Graves was booked into the Placer County Jail.”
