Paramount High School Teacher Arrested on CSAM Possession Charges
BUENA PARK, CA – Buena Park Police Department detectives arrested a high school educator Thursday morning following an investigation into the possession of child sexual abuse material.
Officers took 56-year-old Moises Garcia into custody at approximately 7:00 a.m. on September 17, 2026. Following the arrest, investigators executed search warrants at both Garcia’s residence and his workplace at Paramount High School to recover additional evidence.

School administration has been formally notified of the arrest and is fully cooperating with law enforcement during the ongoing inquiry.
