Clear Lake CHP Officers Track Down and Impound Vehicle from Prior Pursuit
CLEAR LAKE, CA – California Highway Patrol officers assigned to the Clear Lake Area impounded a vehicle connected to a high-speed pursuit that occurred several weeks prior.
According to officials, the vehicle successfully evaded law enforcement during the initial pursuit incident. Following a multi-week investigation utilizing investigative techniques and technology, Clear Lake CHP officers successfully located the suspect vehicle and seized it from public roadways.
Law enforcement officials noted that the broader investigation into the identity of the driver involved in the initial pursuit remains active and ongoing.
