NAPA, CA – Napa Police Department officers responded to a Target store on Sunday, August 16, 2026, following a report of a theft involving more than $1,000 worth of Lego sets.
Upon arriving at the scene, officers located one suspect in the store’s parking lot. The individual attempted to pull away from the responding officers before being detained without further incident.
A second suspect fled the area in a getaway vehicle. Deputies with the Napa County Sheriff’s Office located the vehicle a short time later.
Law enforcement officers subsequently arrested three individuals involved in the incident. All of the recovered merchandise was returned to the store.
