Man Wanted on Two Warrants Allegedly Caught with Stolen Gun, Narcotics in Sonoma County
SONOMA COUNTY, CA — A man wanted on two outstanding warrants was reportedly arrested after being caught with a stolen gun, according to authorities.
In a press release published Sunday, Aug. 16, the Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office reported that Enrico Candilario Gonsalves had been arrested during a traffic stop.
During the stop, deputies allegedly spotted open alcohol containers in the vehicle. Deputies allegedly also located a hidden compartment in the backseat containing a firearm and suspected cocaine.
The firearm was determined to have been reported stolen during a burglary in Clearlake last month, authorities said.
Gonsalve was taken into custody and booked into the Sonoma County Main Adult Detection Facility, according to a press release.
