Search Warrant in Visalia Leads to Discovery of Illegal Drug Lab & Chop Shop

drug evidence 2 - courtesy of visalia police departmentVISALIA, CA — At approximately 9:52 a.m., the Visalia Police Department Narcotics Unit, the Tulare County Agencies Regional Gun Violence Enforcement Team, and California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation Parole served a search warrant at a residence located in the 1000 block of South Terri Street.

During the execution of the search warrant, officers recovered approximately 6.5 pounds of methamphetamine, items indicating narcotics sales, and evidence of a DMT laboratory. Additionally, officers discovered a suspected chop shop operation inside the garage, which contained a stolen motorcycle and various vehicle parts.

The Tulare Regional Auto Theft Task Force responded to the location to assume control of the auto theft and chop shop investigation. Law enforcement personnel arrested 43-year-old Jeremy Miller at the scene. Miller was transported to a local detention facility and booked on multiple charges related to narcotics and property offenses.
