Month’s-Long Narcotics Investigation Nets 12 Arrests

June 10, 2026 – Ventura County, CA — A months-long narcotics investigation in Ventura and Los Angeles counties led to the
seizure of roughly 20 pounds of drugs, firearms, suspected drug money and a dozen arrests.

Detectives with the Ventura County Combined Agency Team began investigating a  Ventura pair after identifying them as
suspected drug traffickers distributing illegal narcotics in Ventura County.

According to Ventura County Sheriff’s Department spokesman Sgt. Odilon Malagon,
“bulk shipments” of methamphetamine, fentanyl and heroin were received from alleged co-conspirators.

As the investigation progressed, detectives determined additional suspects were couriers and transported the drugs from Los Angeles to Ventura.

Arrested were:

Alicia Estrada, 48, of Ventura

Danny Zuniga, 38, of Ventura

Oswaldo Beltran, 49, of Los Angeles

Alfonso Jimenez, 46, of Alhambra

Donald Adams, 67, of Ventura

 Kenneth Aldrich, 53, of Ventura

 Grant McKeen, 47, of Santa Paula

Samantha Ruiz, 32, of Los Angeles

Jasmine Reyes, 44, of Glendora

Arlene Johnson, 60, of Los Angeles

Reina Arroyo, 31, of Ventura

Pablo Espinoza, 45, of Oxnard

Charges range from burglary, narcotics possession for sale, unregistered weapons,

sale of controlled substances and conspiracy/trafficking.

Each suspect remains in custody on a no-bail hold while Reyes remains at large and has
an active felony warrant for her arrest.
