Tuolumne County Man Arrested After Foot Pursuit Near Black Oak Casino
TUOLUMNE, CA — “On 06/03/26, at about 1:34 in the morning, a Patrol Deputy stopped a vehicle near the Black Oak Casino Hotel in Tuolumne. Once the vehicle stopped, the driver identified as 33-year-old Alexandro Anthony Xavier, immediately fled from his vehicle on foot and led deputies on a short foot pursuit. As Xavier tried to jump a fence, he was apprehended leading to his arrest.
K9 Shadow and his handler arrived on the scene and conducted an exterior sniff of the vehicle. K9 Shadow positively alerted to the vehicle and a search of the vehicle was conducted.
Xavier was booked at the Dambacher Detention Center on a felony warrant, two misdemeanor warrants, resisting arrest, and possession of drug paraphernalia.”
