Fontana Resident Arrested for Distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Material Following ICAC Investigation

file photo of suspect - courtesy of fontana police departmentFONTANA, CA — Detectives from the Fontana Police Department’s Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force arrested a 31-year-old resident on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, following an investigation into the online distribution of illicit material.

The investigation identified the suspect as Lakhwinder Singh. On May 19, law enforcement personnel executed a search warrant at Singh’s residence, located in the 8800 block of Citrus Avenue in the City of Fontana.

During the operation, detectives seized multiple electronic devices from the location. A subsequent examination of the hardware revealed evidence connected to the downloading and distribution of child pornography, also referred to as child sexual abuse material.

Singh was placed under arrest on charges of Distribution of Child Pornography. He was transported and booked into the West Valley Detention Center.

The Fontana Police Department stated that the investigation is ongoing.
