Two Sausalito Burglary Suspects Arrested – One Suspect Remains at Large
-By Jim Emerson
SAUSALITO, CA — A burglary in progress was interrupted on the 600 block of Sausalito
Boulevard, and two fleeing suspects were arrested on May 11.
Darryl Robinson, 33, of San Francisco, and Emani Gordon, 31, of Fairfield, were booked at Marin County Jail. Sausalito investigators are working to identify a third male suspect who remains at large.
A resident who interrupted the burglary provided descriptions of the suspects and the
getaway car, a grey/silver sedan. Robinson who fled on foot was detained inside a perimeter
set up by Sausalito police and placed under arrest.
Robinson was booked on suspicion of first-degree residential burglary, conspiracy to commit
crime, and resisting/obstructing an officer. His bond was set at $50,000 for release from
custody.
Sausalito police issued an alert to be on the lookout for the suspect car—later spotted 40
miles away. Santa Rosa officers stopped the car at 11 a.m. and detained Gordon, who was
turned over to Sausalito police to arrest him.
Gordon was booked for first-degree residential burglary, conspiracy to commit crime, and
state parole violation. Gordon remains on custody on a no-bond hold, because of his parole
status.
Robinson and Gordon each have criminal histories. The third suspect whose whereabouts
remain unknown, reportedly fled in the getaway car with Gordon, before they separated.
Robinson has the most violent criminal history, including robbing a woman in San Francisco
at gunpoint in front of her children.
He was convicted in October 2025 for –
· First-degree robbery
· Assault with a semi-automatic firearm
· Criminal threats
· Felon in possession of a firearm
· Child endangerment
