Arrest Made and Vehicle Recovered in Fatal Hit-and-Run Investigation
MODESTO, CA – “🚨HIT & RUN UPDATE🚨
Investigators with the CHP Modesto Area Office, with the assistance from CHP ISU and Riverbank PD, located the involved vehicle. This is the vehicle that was involved in the Fatal Hit and Run crash that occurred on Claribel Road near Langworth Road. The vehicle was recovered and taken for evidence.
A 19-year-old male from Riverbank was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Jail for 20001(a) CVC – Felony Hit and Run.
We remain committed to holding those accountable who attempt to flee the scene and evade responsibility. If you are involved in a crash, stay at the scene and do the right thing.
