LINCOLN, CA — April 6th 2026 — “Lincoln Police Department officers turned suspicious activity in the Target parking lot into multiple arrests.
After surveillance in the Lowe’s/Dollar Tree area, officers stopped a stolen motorcycle ridden by 38-year-old Brian Smith of Sacramento and recovered counterfeit USPS Arrow Keys and another person’s credit card.
Officers then stopped an associated truck occupied by 58-year-old Valerie Murphy and 27-year-old Xavier Estrada, both of Sacramento.
The investigation led to the recovery of stolen property from Home Depot, Target, Lowe’s, and Dollar Tree, approximately a half ounce of methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia.
All three were arrested on various charges, and Murphy was additionally found to have a Placer County warrant.”
