Rocklin PD Arrests Two Individuals on ID Theft & Drug Allegations
ROCKLIN, CA — April 2nd 2026 — “Last week, Rocklin, CA Officer Verber performed a proactive vehicle stop for multiple equipment violations.
The driver was found to be on probation for narcotics violations.
A probation search of the vehicle was conducted, and evidence of narcotics, drug paraphernalia, and ID theft was located.
Checks and mail belonging to multiple victims were recovered. Some of the checks had been confirmed stolen from mailbox break-ins in the Sacramento County region. Officers are still in the process of contacting other potential victims regarding their property.
Travis Duggan, 35, of Rocklin, and Chelsey Chavez, 40, of Phoenix, AZ, were arrested for possession of controlled substances, narcotic paraphernalia, and identity theft.”
